Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using the Save to ClickUp browser extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the extension.

Description of Service

Save to ClickUp is a free browser extension that allows you to quickly save web content to your ClickUp workspace. Features include:

• One-click webpage saving to ClickUp tasks
• Automatic content processing with clean Markdown formatting
• Page metadata capture (title, URL, selected text)
• Manual and automatic time tracking on ClickUp tasks
• Cross-browser support (Chrome, Firefox, Edge)

Requirements

• You must have a valid ClickUp account to use this extension
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your ClickUp credentials
• You agree to use the extension in compliance with all applicable laws and ClickUp's terms of service

AI Fair Use

Neuro uses third-party models that cost us money per request. The Task plan includes 400 AI edits per month. The Workspace plan includes everything in Task plus 25 bulk actions and 60 doc-generation requests per month. The Free tier includes 50 lifetime AI messages so you can try it before deciding to subscribe.

A request is any single use of summarize, fix-text, transcribe, parse-task, or chat. Monthly allowances reset on the first day of each calendar month. Free messages do not reset.

We monitor usage and may reach out if a single account consistently exceeds these allowances, so we can understand the use case and decide together whether a higher plan is appropriate. Automated, scripted, or non-interactive use of Neuro is not permitted on any plan and may result in suspension.

We may adjust these allowances with 30 days' notice if upstream model pricing changes materially.

Disclaimer

The extension is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the extension will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall UpSys or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the extension.

Third-Party Services

This extension integrates with ClickUp. Your use of ClickUp is subject to ClickUp's own terms of service. UpSys is a verified ClickUp consulting partner but is not affiliated with ClickUp Inc.

Authentication

We use ClickUp's official OAuth 2.0 authentication system. Your credentials are never seen or stored by our extension. Authentication tokens are stored securely in your browser's local storage and are only used to communicate with ClickUp's API.

What Gets Stored Locally

• Preferences: Your selected workspace, list, and extension settings
• OAuth Tokens: Encrypted authentication tokens for ClickUp API access
• Cache: Temporary workspace and list data for faster loading

For non-AI use, data stays in browser storage except when communicating directly with ClickUp's API. For AI-enabled users, prompts, selected ClickUp context, voice audio for transcription, usage counters, proposal records, billing state, and encrypted token material are processed by our backend and third-party AI/STT providers as needed to provide Neuro.

Permissions

The extension requests the following browser permissions:

• Active Tab: To capture content from the current webpage you want to save
• Storage: To save your preferences and authentication tokens locally
• Tabs: To detect when you're on ClickUp for time tracking features

Third-Party Services

The extension communicates with ClickUp's official API. Neuro AI also uses our backend, Cloudflare AI Gateway, Gemini, Groq Whisper, Stripe for billing, and privacy-focused website analytics. Please refer to ClickUp's Privacy Policy for information about how ClickUp handles your data.

Analytics

Our marketing website uses Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not collect personal information.

The browser extension sends anonymous product analytics to Umami, a privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics service. Events are keyed by a random per-install identifier and contain no personal data: no names, ids, URLs, or message content. We measure high-level signals such as feature usage and the outcome of Neuro AI proposals (for example, whether a suggestion was applied or dismissed) to improve the product. Crash and error reports go to Sentry so we can diagnose and fix failures.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms and privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the extension after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
